Once everything is built out, we will run through a final pre-launch checklist and make sure everything is good to go.

07. Train

We’ll schedule a call and do group training to help make sure each person knows how to maximize the platform.

08. Launch

Once everything has been tested & approved, we’ll schedule a go-live date and turn on your EHR/CRM integration.

How does pricing work?

Your pricing will be based on a couple of different things such as the volume of monthly discharges you have, what type and duration of workflows you'll be setting up, and what term of contract fits best for your program. Our floor pricing is listed above.

Do you integrate into our EMR/CRM?

Most of the time, yes! Not all EHRs/CRMs offer API access, but during our discovery process, we will uncover what your integrations needs are and how best to connect our two systems. To learn more about the integration process, click here.

How long does onboarding take?

Our average onboarding takes about 4 weeks. If you are organized and get back to us quickly with approvals, we can likely get you live in about 2 weeks. Once we have everything scoped out, we will provide you with a launch timeline and go-live date.
